The Indian Power Market has recently seen a huge shift in the regulatory environment and new strict limits on NOx, PM, SO2, and Hg are driving plants to purchase or upgrade equipment.
New Indian power plants will be held to limits similar to those currently seen in the US & Europe. In the coming years tens of thousands of MW annually of new units coming online will all be subject to the new tighter regulations.
